Problems solved by technology

After the viral disease occurs, it also seriously affects the quality of tobacco leaves, making the quality worse
[0003] Tobacco virus will lead to large-scale tobacco infection due to untimely detection, resulting in reduction in tobacco production and quantity, and at the same time reduces the quality of tobacco. At present, tobacco virus detection cannot detect the results at the initial stage of the virus, and miss the best control time. Detection is carried out at any time during the growth of the plant, and it is impossible to monitor it all the time

Abstract

The invention discloses a tobacco virus detecting and developing device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a housing and a plurality of extraction needles arranged in a housing accommodating chamber. The housing has a cross section with a circular-ring-shaped structure; the housing based on the circular-ring-shaped structure is formed by connection of at least two semi-circular structures; and the housing formed by the two semi-circular structures is connected by a rotating shaft. A sealing film is arranged at a tip end opening of the extraction needle; and the pointed end of theextraction needle penetrates the inner annular wall of the housing and faces the central point of the housing. The extraction needle is a double pipe body; one end of the inner pipe of the extractionneedle is connected with one end of the outer pipe of the extraction needle; a free end of the inner pipe is connected with a piston; and a detection agent for detecting viruses is loaded in an outerpipe accommodating chamber. When the detecting and developing device is in use, the housing sleeves and is fixed at a tobacco stem; the pointed end of the extraction needle is inserted into the outerskin of the tobacco stem; tobacco juice enters the inner pipe and enters the outer pipe accommodating chamber through the free end of the inner pipe to be fixed with the detection agent for virus detection; and the change of the detection agent is observed through the housing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to plant pathogen control technology, in particular to a tobacco virus detection and imaging device and a use method. Background technique [0002] Tobacco virus disease is the most widely distributed and most common disease in tobacco production. At present, 16 kinds of tobacco virus diseases have been discovered in my country, among which the viruses that cause tobacco mosaic disease mainly include TMV, CMV, and PVY. Viral diseases in most areas are mixed with several viral diseases such as tobacco cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and tobacco common mosaic virus (TMV), and repeated infection. The diseased plant rate in the field is generally 20% to 40%, and the heavy one reaches 40% to 80% (some local plots are as high as 100%). After the tobacco is infected with the virus, the chlorophyll is destroyed, the photosynthesis is weakened, the growth of the leaves is inhibited, the leaves are small and deformed, and the yield reduction ...
