Abstract

The built-in quenching tool comprises a hanging rod, a hanging base and a group of hanging lugs, wherein the hanging rod and the hanging base are formed into an integrated structure; the hanging base is in a circular disc shape and is fixedly mounted under the hanging rod; a group of hanging racks are distributed on the top of the hanging base in the circumferential direction at equal intervals; the hanging lugs are separately, sequentially and fixedly arranged on the same side surfaces of the hanging racksand are perpendicular to the surfaces of the hanging racks; hanging rings which are fixedly connected with axle parts are hanged on the hanging lugs; and the hanging base is located on an inner bearing ring of the pit type furnace. The assembling method of the tool comprises the following steps: manufacturing the tool; mounting the axle parts; and placing the tool; and in the step of mounting theaxle parts, the quantity of the axle parts required to be mounted is manually judged, so that the axle parts are symmetrically hanged around the center of the hanging racks.
