Abstract

The invention relates to a coumarin-platinum (II) complex targeted to drug-resistant strains of lung cancer, a synthetic method of the complex, and application of the complex in preparation of antitumor drugs. The synthetic method of the coumarin-platinum (II) complex targeted to the drug-resistant strains of lung cancer comprises the following steps: (1) adding coumarin derivatives and dichlorodimethyl sulfoxide platinum (II) into a polar solvent to obtain a mixed solution; (2) reacting the obtained mixed solution under a condition of 37-80 DEG C so as to obtain a precipitate; and (3) washingand drying the precipitate, thereby obtaining the reddish brown target product. According to the synthetic method in the invention, the coumarin derivatives serve as active ligands and are subjectedto coordination with platinum (II), and three novel coumarin-platinum (II) complexes such as QC1-Pt, QC2-Pt and QC3-Pt are produced, show excellent antitumor activity in vivo and in vitro, have potential medicinal values, and are expected to be applied to preparation of various antitumor drugs.
