Abstract

The invention provides a chromatography-mass spectrometry method for simultaneous detection of 20 alkaloids in food and belongs to the field of food detection technologies. According to the method, anacetonitrile and Na<2>EDTA-Mcllvaine buffer solution is used to extract alkaloid targets in a sample, and a to-be-detected solution is obtained; ad then the to-be-detected solution is subject to chromatographic analysis and mass spectrometric analysis in sequence. Through the chromatography-mass spectrometry method, the quantitative lower limit of the 20 alkaloids is 5.0 micron-gram/kg; and an additive recovery experiment is performed on four samples, namely milk powder, honey, oatmeal and complementary food, at three concentration levels, wherein the average recovery rate is 81%-109%, and the relative standard deviation is 1.6%-8.3%. The chromatography-mass spectrometry method is easy to operate, low in detection limit, high in sensitivity, good in stability and capable of being used toperform qualitative and quantitative analysis rapidly and accurately, thereby providing a basis for safety evaluation on the toxic alkaloids in the food.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food detection, in particular to a chromatography-mass spectrometry method for simultaneously detecting 20 kinds of alkaloids in food. Background technique [0002] Contamination of the food supply with toxic chemicals is a major public health concern. Food terrorism, or the deliberate contamination of food sources, as well as unintentional contamination, has the potential to cause widespread illness or death and economic hardship. Alkaloids are a class of nitrogen-containing organic compounds that are naturally occurring toxins in many plant species. Alkaloids have high pharmacological effects and physiological activities. They are secondary metabolites of plants to herbivores. They are considered to be one of the most widely spread natural toxins, which can affect wild animals, domestic animals and humans through the food chain. They have been documented in Afghanistan, India, South Africa, and the fo...
