Abstract

The invention discloses an SSR (simple sequence repeat) core primer group developed based on genome-wide sequence of permanganate and application thereof. The SSR core primer group comprises 11 pairsof pairs, to be specific, PG080, PG130, PG139, PG152, PG153, PG140, PG098, PG070, PG077, PG090, and PG093; nucleotide sequences of the SSR core primer group are shown sequentially as SEQ ID NO. 1 to 22. The SSR core primer group has the advantages of high polymorphism, good repeatability, good marking stability, good clarity of banding pattern, and good convenience of interpretation and the like;the SSR core primer group is applicable to the fields of identification of permanganate species, DNA fingerprinting, evaluation of genetic diversity, systematic development research and the like; a novel tool is provided for molecular marker-assisted selection of permanganate; the SSR core primer group has good application prospect.
