Abstract

The present invention provides a calibration satellite ground application system and method, wherein the system comprises: a ground measurement control and operation control system, used for transmitting a resource usage plan, and satellite operation information and generating a user tracking plan, simultaneously transmitting telemetry data, data transmission data, and an application service demand confirmation to a ground application center in real-time; and a ground application center, a data synchronization receiving system and a broadcast data receiving terminal; wherein the ground application center is configured to formulate and send daily application service requirements according to the resource usage plan and the satellite operation information, and process the received telemetrydata, the data transmission data, and the application service requirement confirmation, to form orbit determination data and the track forecast data to release; the data synchronization receiving system is used for synchronous storage; and the broadcast data receiving terminal is configured to receive broadcast data autonomously. The system can meet current ground equipment calibration requirements and enhance scalability and flexibility of the system.
