Embodiment 1

[0027] A method for coupled resource utilization of waste FCC catalyst and fly ash. The steps of the method described in this embodiment are:

[0028] Step 1: Mix 20-30wt% of spent FCC catalyst, 40-50wt% of fly ash and 30-40wt% of solid alkali activator, and stir evenly to obtain a mixture.

[0029] The second step: according to the mass ratio of the mixture: water is 1:0.2-0.3, adding the water into the mixture, stirring evenly under the condition of 70-80° C. to obtain the mixture activated gel.

[0030] Step 3: Add the mixture-activated gel into the mold, then place the mold on a vibrating table and vibrate for 3-5 minutes or vibrate the mixture-activated gel in the mold with a vibrating rod for 1-5 minutes 3 minutes, curing for 4-10 hours under the conditions of 40-85° C. and a relative humidity greater than 90%, demoulding, and continuing curing for 3-5 days at room temperature to obtain a gel-cured material.

Embodiment 2

[0032] A method for coupled resource utilization of waste FCC catalyst and fly ash. The steps of the method described in this embodiment are:

[0033] Step 1: Mix 30-40wt% of spent FCC catalyst, 35-45wt% of fly ash and 25-35wt% of solid alkali activator, and stir evenly to obtain a mixture.

[0034] The second step: according to the mass ratio of the mixture:water of 1:0.25-0.35, the water is added to the mixture, stirred evenly under the condition of 75-85° C. to obtain the mixture activated gel.

[0035] Step 3: Add the mixture-activated gel into the mold, then place the mold on a vibrating table and vibrate for 3-5 minutes or vibrate the mixture-activated gel in the mold with a vibrating rod for 1-5 minutes 3 minutes, curing for 10-18 hours at 40-85° C. and a relative humidity greater than 90%, demoulding, and continuing curing for 4-6 days at room temperature to obtain a gel-cured material.

Embodiment 3

[0037] A method for coupled resource utilization of waste FCC catalyst and fly ash. The steps of the method described in this embodiment are:

[0038] Step 1: Mix 20-30wt% of spent FCC catalyst, 30-40wt% of fly ash and 40-50wt% of solid alkali activator, and stir evenly to obtain a mixture.

[0039] The second step: according to the mass ratio of the mixture: water being 1:0.3-0.4, adding the water into the mixture, stirring evenly under the condition of 80-90° C. to obtain the mixture activated gel.

[0040] Step 3: Add the mixture stimulating gel into the mold, then place the mold on a vibrating table and vibrate for 3 to 5 minutes or vibrate the mixture stimulating gel in the mold for 1 to 5 minutes with a vibrating rod 3 minutes, curing for 18-24 hours under the conditions of 40-85° C. and relative humidity greater than 90%, demoulding, and continuing curing for 5-7 days at room temperature to obtain a gel-cured material.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method of converting coupled waste FCC catalyst and fly ash into resources. The method comprises following steps: evenly mixing 20 to 40 wt.% of a waste FCC catalyst, 30 to 50 wt.% of fly ash, and 25 to 50 wt.% of a solid alkali activator to obtain mixed powder; adding water into the mixed powder, wherein the mass ratio of mixed powder to water is 1:0.2-0.4, stirring at a temperature of 70 to 90 DEG C to obtain mixed activated gel; pouring the mixed activated gel into a die, vibrating the mixed activated gel in the die by a vibration rod, (or placing the die on a vibration table and vibrating the die), and carrying out curing, demoulding, and room temperature curing to obtain a gel cured material. The technology is simple and environmentally friendly, the production cost is low, and the additional value is high. The waste FCC catalyst and fly ash are coupled and converted into the gel cured material, which has a high compression strength and strong high temperature resistant performance and can be used as a building material, a fireproof material, a heavy metal sealing material, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of resource utilization of solid waste. In particular, it relates to a method for coupled resource utilization of waste FCC catalyst and fly ash. Background technique [0002] The fluid catalytic cracking (Fluid Catalytic Cracking, FCC) process occupies an important position in the petroleum refining (referred to as oil refining) industry, and the FCC catalyst plays an important role in this process. Due to the heavy metal elements deposited on the spent FCC catalyst, the spent FCC catalyst was included in the newly released "National Hazardous Waste List" in 2016. The disposal of spent FCC catalysts brings great economic pressure to refineries, and landfilling will also cause a certain waste of resources and environmental pollution. Therefore, the resource utilization of spent FCC catalysts has become an urgent problem to be solved. [0003] With the development of the power industry, the discharge of fl...
