Also provided is an extraction and separation method for the above-mentioned pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compound, which is prepared by decocting in water, ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatography, ODS medium pressure column, Sephadex LH‑20 purification, and liquid phase separation. Its structure adopts 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and two-dimensional NMR spectral analysis method identified as a new pyrrole dicarboxylic acid compound.
