Abstract

The invention provides an automatic processing system and method for gas space closed loop inerting of an old tank of an oil station. The automatic processing system comprises gasoline tanks, gas supply devices and a VRU, and the gas supply devices are connected with the gasoline tanks through a gas supply pipeline; the gas supply pipeline is connected with a pressure relief valve and an intake valve, and the VRU is connected with the gasoline tanks through a gas outlet pipeline connected with electronic pressure transmitters and an oxygen solubility detector; the VRU is further connected witha gas return pipeline and an exhaust pipeline, and the other end of the gas return pipeline is connected with the part, between the pressure relief valve and the intake valve, of the gas supply pipeline; and the gas return pipeline is provided with a gas return valve, and the exhaust pipeline is provided with the exhaust valve. Gas is continuously supplied through the gas supply devices so that oil gas in the gasoline tanks is liquefied continuously; and the oil gas in the gasoline tanks is liquefied into oil liquid, and the inerting treatment to the gasoline tanks is achieved.
