Abstract

The invention aims to provide a biological tissue detection system based on array fiber optics bundle illumination imaging with micro structure, convenient operation and high resolution. The detectionsystem comprises a laser, a lens, a spatial light modulator, a coupler, an optical fiber endoscope with an acoustic probe, an acoustic detection amplifier and a control processor, wherein a laser source generated by the laser is transformed into a parallel beam through the lens, the parallel beam is modulated by the spatial light modulator to form a speckle single, then the speckle single is coupled into the optical fiber endoscope through the coupler and projected onto a to-be-tested biological tissue by an optical fiber illumination head, an acoustic wave signal generated by the heat absorption of the biological tissue is received by the acoustic probe and amplified by the acoustic detection amplifier, and then is converted into an electrical single to betransmitted into the control processor, and according to the predetermined algorithm, the control processor can obtain the tissue distribution of the to-be-tested biological tissue based on the modulation matrix, the received electrical signal and the receiving time.
