The Xuan paper porcelain comprises the following components, in percentages by mass: 30-40% of kaolin, 10-20% of quartz sand, 5-15% of five-colored soil, and the balance of auxiliary materials, wherein the kaolin is kaolin with specific components, the content of SiO2 in the quartz sand is 60-65%,the content of SiO2 in the five-colored soil is 61-65%, and the content of Al2O3 is 19-21%. The Xuan paper porcelain uses the unique kaolin, quartz sand and five-colored soil as main raw materials, and through the synergistic interaction among the specific components, the water absorption rate of the prepared Xuan paper porcelain is 2.7-3.1%, the acid resistance and the alkali resistance achieve 99% or more, the bending strength is up to 110 MPa, and the compressive strength is up to 710.9 MPa; and through specific variable temperature firing, the prepared Xuan paper porcelain has no discoloration when placed indoors and outdoors, and has excellent moisture resistance and color retention.
