raw material, and is characterized in that, on the basis of traditional bamboo selection,
cutting, green removal, layering, three-protection,
dyeing, filament separation, weaving and mounting processes, a bamboo splint base composite modification treatment process is additionally arranged after the layering process and before the three-protection process, and a film forming treatment process is additionally arranged after the
dyeing process; the base composite modification treatment adopts a composite modification liquid containing baking soda, rice washing water and
pueraria powder to soak the bamboo blank splint, and then the bamboo blank splint is soaked in a
lactic acid aqueous solution and drained; the film forming treatment adopts a
composite coating liquid containing konjac gum,
white beeswax, fine rice
powder and
sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to
brush the bamboo splint surface to form a protective film. The process improves the wettability and flexibility of the bamboo splint through base modification, improves the filament separation yield, enhances the
natural dye fixing effect through optimization of the
dyeing process, and the flexible protective
coating is suitable for the fine weaving requirement of the bamboo-woven calligraphy and painting, significantly improves the problems of poor dye fixing and easy
cracking and peeling of the
coating in the traditional process, and improves the quality stability and storage life of the bamboo-woven calligraphy and painting.
