The antenna comprises a polarization grid, an M*N reconfigurable reflection arrays, a polarization rotation surface, a micromotor, a motor control bus, a phase control panel, a feed source antenna and a support structure, wherein each reconfigurable reflection array comprises a polarization rotation surface and a micro motor, the polarization rotating surface is connected with a micro motor, the polarization grid is arranged at an upper part of the support structure, the support structure is used for fixing the polarization rotation surface, the micro motor, the phase control panel and the feed source antenna, the feed source antenna is located in the center of the M*N reconfigurable reflection arrays, a radiationport surface of the feed source antenna is flush with the polarization rotation surface, and the phase control board is connected with the micro motor through a motor control bus.
