Embodiment 1

[0049] Embodiment 1 synthesis [H 2 Nmim][NTf 2 ]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposite

[0050] (1) Preparation of MOF materials: UiO-66-Br nanomaterials were prepared according to the methods reported in the literature (Commun., 2010, 46, 7700-7702; J. ColloidInterface Sci., 2017, 500, 88-95). In a 50 mL Teflon-lined autoclave with 20 mL of DMF, an equimolar amount of ZrCl 4 Mix with 2-bromoterephthalic acid (0.5 mmol). Then seal it and place it in an oven at 120°C for 12 hours. After being cooled to room temperature, it was washed three times with DMF, and the solid product was collected by centrifugation at 8000×g for 5 min. Will obtain the product in CHCl 3 Soak in water for 3 days to replace DMF molecules. Finally, vacuum drying was performed at 80 °C to obtain a solid product, namely UiO-66-Br nanomaterials.

Embodiment 2

[0053] Embodiment 2 The present invention [H 2 Nmim][NTf 2 ]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposites as adsorbents

[0054] [H prepared by embodiment 1 2 Nmim][NTf 2]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposite was used as DSPME adsorbent, combined with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD), to realize the detection of seven sulfonamide antibiotics (including: sulfadiazine (SD) , sulfamethazine (SM), sulfamethazine (SMT), sulfamethoxypyridazine (SMPD), sulfamethoxazole (SMPZ), sulfamethoxazole (SMX), and sulfamethoxypyridazine (SMM )) Sensitive and accurate enrichment detection analysis. The method includes a pretreatment step, a chromatographic detection and analysis step, and an analysis and quantification step of sulfonamide antibiotics.

[0055] (1) The preprocessing steps include the following:

[0056] 1) weigh 10.0mg [H 2 Nmim][NTf 2 ]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposite material, dispersed in 30.0mL water sample, ultrasonic treatment for 10min to form a uniform suspension; ...

Embodiment 3

[0074] Example 3 Comparison and optimization of the adsorption properties of ILs@Zr-MOFs nanocomposites

[0075] (1) Design, synthesis and performance comparison of Zr-MOFs materials:

[0076] Sulfa antibiotics (SAs) are amphoteric adsorbates, which can be expressed as SA according to the pH value of water samples. ± or SA 0 The form exists with a pKa value of 6.3-7.4. By adjusting the functional groups on Zr-MOFs organic ligands, Zr-MOFs materials | can show differences in chargeability. The four Zr-MOFs materials were prepared according to the methods reported in the literature (Commun., 2010, 46, 7700-7702; J. ColloidInterfaceSci., 2017, 500, 88-95), and the basic steps were the same as in Example 1. The difference is that 0.5 mmol precursor terephthalic acid, 2-aminoterephthalic acid and 2-nitroterephthalic acid are used to replace the 2-bromoterephthalic acid in Example 1 to prepare correspondingly UiO-66, UiO-66-NH 2 and UiO-66-NO 2 The material is synthetic. Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, and discloses a method for synthesizing [H2Nmim][NTf2]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposite material, wherein the material comprises bromine-functionalized Zr-MOFs(UiO-66-Br) and an amino-functional imidazole-based ionic liquid ([H2Nmim][NTf2]) supported thereon. The invention also discloses application of the nanocomposite material for the extractionand enrichment of sulfonamide antibiotics in a water sample prepared by dispersive solid phase microextraction technology (DSPME). The nanocomposite material of the invention has been successfully applied to the extraction and analysis of sulfonamide antibiotics, which can be completed in a short time using only a small amount of adsorbent and samples, and has the characteristics of fast, sensitive, efficient and economical application. The invention can also screen, design and regulate the adsorbent according to the structure of the target analyze, provides a new idea for the analysis of other environmental pollutants, and has important significance for protecting the health and safety of the public and the environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, in particular to a [H 2 Nmim][NTf 2 ]@UiO-66-Br nanocomposites and their applications. Background technique [0002] As a synthetic antibacterial drug, sulfonamide antibiotics play an important role in the prevention and treatment of bacterial and protozoan infections. Some of them are also widely used in animal farms and fisheries to enhance animal growth. Every year, more than 20,000 tons of sulfa antibiotics enter the environment and are frequently detected in aquatic environments. Studies have shown that sulfa antibiotics have a long lifetime in the environment, are resistant to biodegradation, and accumulate in various organisms through the food chain. Some sulfa compounds are carcinogenic, and their residues in the environment will increase bacterial resistance. In order to protect human health, the European Union and other countries including China have stipulated that the maximum t...
