Abstract

The invention discloses an optimal allocation method for hybrid energy storage capacity considering the output fluctuation stabilization of a wind-light storage system. Variational mode decompositionis adopted to decompose the hybrid energy storage system's reference power obtained by moving average filter into two parts: high frequency and low frequency, which are respectively used as the reference power of a supercapacitor and a storage battery in the hybrid energy storage system. A neural network model is trained by using the corresponding relationship between a large number of energy storage system parameters obtained by simulation and the smoothness of output power of the wind-light storage system. Taking the optimal smoothing effect and the lowest investment cost as the objective functions, the optimal capacity allocation model of the hybrid energy storage system is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal capacity allocation scheme of the hybrid energy storage system. The invention fully utilizes the complementary characteristics of the storage battery and the supercapacitor in the aspects of power density, energy density and the like, thus reducing the capacity configured by the storage battery and the supercapacitor, ensuring the economy and enhancing the stabilizing effect of HESS on the fluctuation of wind and light output power.
