Taking the optimal smoothing effect and the lowest investment cost as the objective functions, the optimal capacity allocation model of the hybrid energy storage system is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal capacity allocation scheme of the hybrid energy storage system. The invention fully utilizes the complementary characteristics of the storage battery and the supercapacitor in the aspects of power density, energy density and the like, thus reducing the capacity configured by the storage battery and the supercapacitor, ensuring the economy and enhancing the stabilizing effect of HESS on the fluctuation of wind and light output power.
