Abstract

The invention discloses an application of 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone in preparing a medicine for treating acute lung injury. The 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone provided by the inventionshows a good therapeutic effect on a lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury mouse model and can effectively regulate NF-kappa B and NLRP3 signaling pathways, experiments confirm the 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone has a significant anti-inflammatory effect on the acute lung injury and can effectively promote the lung injury repair in the middle and late stages of the acute lung injury, so that the 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone can be used for preparing the medicine for treating the acute lung injury. A novel approach is provided for the treatment of the acute lung injury.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and relates to the application of chrysophanol, in particular to the application of chrysophanol in the preparation of a medicine for treating acute lung injury. Background technique [0002] Acute lung injury (ALI) is a serious respiratory disease with rapid onset and a high mortality rate of over 40%, which is a serious threat to human health. A variety of factors can cause acute lung injury, such as bacterial infection, trauma, shock, acute pancreatitis, sepsis, aspiration, etc. The pathogenesis of acute lung injury is not yet clear. It is currently believed to be caused by the following two reasons: 1. Direct damage to lung cells caused by pathogenic factors, such as lung infection, lung contusion, drowning, and inhalation of toxic substances; 2. , The indirect result of acute systemic inflammation caused by various reasons, such as sepsis, acute pancreatitis, severe injury other than lungs, sho...
