According to the composite phase change material provided by the embodiment of the invention, no phase separation phenomenon can be ensured without adding of a thickening agent, the technical effect of low supercooling degree can be achieved without adding of a nucleating agent, supercooling is basically avoided, and the heat exchange efficiency between the system applied by the composite phase change material and the outside can be improved by adding the heat conduction material; and the composite phase change material provided by the embodiment of the invention is long in service life, can be applied to cold accumulation, and particularly can be used as a cold accumulation medium of 10-20 DEG C, for example, the composite phase change material can be used for off-peak electricity cold accumulation, food preservation and the like.
