The simulation debugging method comprises the steps: outputting a signal source through a signal generator, and controlling the frequency, phase and amplitude of the signal source through an upper computer; utilizing a lower computer to control a direct-current power supply to supply power to a power device simulation network, and converting the direct-current power supply into an output signal of a simulated power device under the drive of a signal generator by the power device simulation network and then outputting the output signal, wherein the debugging object is a to-be-debugged matching network, and the to-be-debugged matching network matches signals output by the power device simulation network and then transmits the signals to the load; collecting the voltage and current of the output end of the matching network to be debugged by using a sampling circuit, and feeding back to thelower computer; and recording sampling data of the voltage and the current and feeding the sampling data back to the upper computer by the lower computer. The simulation debugging method utilizes thesimulation network to replace a real machine for debugging, can effectively shorten the matching network debugging time, can greatly shorten the development period, can reduce the development cost, and has the advantages of being convenient to control, high in response speed and the like.
