The preparation method comprises following steps: heating asphalt to be molten in a drying oven, and adding an epoxy silane coupling agent into the molten asphalt according to different mass ratios; then stirring the asphalt for 15 minutes at the rotating speed of 1000r / min by using a high-speed shearing machine, and developing the stirred asphalt in a baking oven at 160 DEG C for 2 hours; testing the surface energy parameters of the asphalt with different mixing amounts by adopting an inserting plate method, and determining the optimal mixing amount according to test results; carrying out testing on soaking residue stability, freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and dynamic stability of an asphalt mixture sample prepared from the modified asphalt with the optimal mixing amount and comparing the obtained parameters with those of an unmodified mixture to determine the modification effect ofthe modified asphalt, and carrying out proportional amplify preparation for preparation in actual operation.
