The photovoltaic cell panels are gallium arsenide solar cell panels.The long-afterglow luminescent powder is made of a europium dysprosium co-doped strontium aluminate long-afterglow material. Light emitted by electron excitation and compounding in the long-afterglowmaterial in a heat balance state is fully utilized and converted into electric energy through a photovoltaic device, other forms of energy sources are not needed, and the temperature difference doesnot need to be maintained.
