Abstract

The invention relates to an application of FBXL6 as a target in preparation of antitumor drugs. Through a series of in-vitro experiments, it is found that the FBXL6 gene plays a key role in promotingtumor cell proliferation and metastasis. Through in-vivo experiments of transgenic mice, it is found that the FBXL6 gene can promote generation of tumors of the mice, and the FBXL6 single gene plays akey role in regulation and control of the tumors of the mice. Based on the difference of FBXL6 gene expression between normal cells and tumor cells, it is found for the first time that FBXL6 can be used as a new anti-tumor drug target and has potential clinical application value in tumor immunotherapy.
