The invention discloses an intelligent sensing system management method and device based on constructive interference, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the position information of a transmission node, generating a unit disc graph, and constructing a backbone network through employing a breadth-first algorithm and a greedy algorithm; according to the backbone network, enabling a sourcenode to flood a control data packet with a forwarding node ID and a corresponding flooding label to the target node for multiple times; controlling the data packet to be transmitted according to theID and the corresponding flooding label, and selecting and recording a current transmission path; and transmitting the query message to the target node based on the constructive interference mode according to the current transmission path. According to the method, the forwarding nodes participating in the transmission process are reduced, the forwarding efficiency is improved, the energy consumption of redundant forwarding nodes is reduced, the query message is forwarded based on the constructive interference mode, and the forwarding efficiency is further improved. The nodes participating in data forwarding are screened through marking of the flooding labels, so unnecessary forwarding processes are reduced, and the energy consumption of the intelligent sensor is reduced.
