The method specifically comprises the steps that (1)the heartbeat monitoring part is carried out through a wireless network card link, and the main director machine sends a message at regular time to tell the standby director machine of the current state of the main director machine; and (2) if the heartbeat message sent by the main director machine is not received within the specified time, the fact that the opposite side has a fault is considered, and the resource takeover part on the standby director machine is started to take over the live broadcast service running on the main director machine and push the live broadcast service to a live broadcast server.
