Abstract

The stable plastic material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of polycarbonate, 20-30 partsof ABS plastic, 20-40 parts of polyaniline, 2-6 parts of graphite, 1-6 parts of nano-silver, 2-5 parts of a surfactant, 3-6 parts of a coupling agent, 5-10 parts of a foaming agent and 10-15 parts ofa plasticizer. The preparation method of the new plastic material comprises the following steps: putting polycarbonate and ABS plastic into a dryer for drying treatment; sequentially adding polycarbonate, ABS plastic and polyaniline into a heating mixer to uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture; sequentially adding graphite and nano-silver into the first mixture to uniformly mixing to obtaina second mixture; sequentially adding a surfactant, a coupling agent, a foaming agent and a plasticizer into the second mixture to uniformly mixing to obtain a third mixture; transferring the third mixture into an extruder for plastication to obtain molded plastic; and cutting, cooling and drying the molded plastic to obtain the new plastic material.
