Abstract

The human stem cell RZSXF-SC has a deposit number ofCCTCC NO: C2019255. The RZSXF-SC is isolated from human tissue cells and is found to be capable of rapidly proliferating compared with other stem cells through experiments. The RZSXF-SC has typical MSCs surface markers and has multidirectional differentiation capability. In addition, studies prove that RZSXF-SC has stable cell stemness, and is suitable for preparing various cells required for clinical treatment. In the establishing method, primary and subculture of the RZSXF-SC is carried out by using RZSXF culture medium with clear composition without serum and animal-derived components.
