The method comprises the following steps:determining an appropriate gas inlet humidity range according to the type of selected low-temperature plasmas and components of treated waste gas; adjusting the gas inlet humidity by using a humidityregulator, so that the gas inlet humidity is within the determined gas inlet humidity range; and feeding the waste gas subjected to humidity adjustment into a low-temperature plasma unit, degrading,and discharging. According to the invention, the humidity regulator is used for regulating the gas inlet humidity of the low-temperature plasma equipment, so that the optimal treatment humidity of thecomponent waste gas is achieved, the waste gas pollutant degradation efficiency is improved, and pollutant emission is reduced; and by adopting the method, the waste gas pollutant treatment efficiency can be improved by 10-30% compared with the method for treating the waste gas only by using low-temperature plasmas.
