Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid vaporizer with energy-saving and efficient heat exchange effects. The liquid vaporizer comprises a liquid storage cavity, a gas storage cavity, multiple liquid feedingpipes and a set of heat exchange fins. The aluminum (or copper) fins with a heat exchange enhancing effect are arranged outside liquid pipes to enhance heat exchange. The liquid storage cavity is formed below the gas storage cavity. The liquid storage cavity and the gas storage cavity are connected through one or more guide pipes. Liquid guide pipes are all arranged in the heat exchange fins. Theheat exchange fins are arranged on the outer wall faces of the liquid guide pipes through physical methods such as hydraulic expansion, so that tight contact surfaces are formed between the heat exchange fins and the liquid guide pipes. The liquid storage cavity is located below the heat exchange fins, and in order to guarantee that the liquid storage cavity is not directly heated, the liquid storage cavity is not surrounded and heated by the heat exchange fins.
