Problems solved by technology

[0003] The above-mentioned light field microscopy method inserts the microlens array into the traditional imaging system, which requires the operator to have high optical expertise, so it is not suitable for users of most commercial microscopy instruments; on the other hand, the traditional light field microscopy The method has a limited field of view and is only suitable for the observation of the range near the focal plane of the system. It is difficult to observe and reconstruct the observation range of any shape in the general sample.

Abstract

The invention discloses a light field microscopy system and method based on a front micro lens array, the system comprises a micro lens array module, a microscopy optical amplification module and a detection module, the micro lens array module is used for encoding input space three-dimensional light field distribution into two-dimensional light field distribution of a front focal plane of a microobjective; the micro-optical amplification module is connected with the micro-lens array module and is used for carrying out spatial transformation on the two-dimensional light field distribution to obtain an optical signal; and the detection module is connected with the microscopic optical amplification module and is used for receiving an optical signal output by the microscopic optical amplification module and generating an information processing result. According to the system, the performance of a traditional optical microscope is improved such that the traditional optical microscope can realize the high-speed observation of a three-dimensional sample with any surface shape.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of optical microscopic imaging, in particular to a light field microscopic system and method based on a front microlens array. Background technique [0002] Optical microscopy imaging technology is one of the important tools for human beings to understand the microscopic world. Through optical microscopic imaging technology, human beings have understood the structure of microorganisms such as cells, bacteria, and viruses, which has greatly promoted the development of life sciences and medicine. However, there is an important defect in conventional optical microscopy methods, that is, one shot can only achieve a clear presentation of the target on the focal plane of the microscope, and objects outside the focal plane will be blurred. In order to achieve three-dimensional microscopic imaging of arbitrary surface objects, the relative position between the sample and the objective lens needs to be moved, which limits the...
