Abstract

The LP-PLA2 latex enhanced turbidimetry determination kit comprises a reagent R1 and a reagent R2. The reagent R1 is prepared from NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, NaCl, MgCl2, PEG6000 and NaN3. The reagent R2 is prepared from NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, NaCl, gelatin, triton-100, BSA, NaN3 and recombinant anti-human LP-PLA2 single-chain antibody latex particles. The recombinant anti-human LP-PLA2 single-chain antibody latex particles are prepared by coupling recombinant anti-human LP-PLA2 single-chain antibodies and latex particles. The invention also provides a manufacturing and use method of the determination kit.
