Abstract

The steel comprises following chemical elements: by mass, 0.008-0.02% of C, greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.005%of Si, 0.25-0.5% of Mn, 0.018-0.03% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of Al, 0.0040-0.010% of N, 0.02-0.04% of Ti, 0.02-0.050% of O, and the balance Fe and other inevitable impurities. In addition,the invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the steel for the high-strength aluminum-coated substrate. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of (1) conducting smelting and casting; (2) conducting reheating, specifically, reheating a casting blank to 1180 DEG C-1250 DEG C; (3) conducting rough rolling; (4) conducting finish rolling; (5) conducting coiling; and (6) cooling the casting blank to the indoor temperature.
