A mesoporous material is creatively and independently applied as theback cavity filler of the micro loudspeaker, the forming method is simple, and the mesoporous silica microsphere can be obtained by coating the mesoporous material raw material through a microemulsion method and tetrabutyl orthosilicate chemical hydrolysis and is used as the back cavity filler. The mesoporous silica microsphere with larger specific surface area and pore volume has more advantagesfor the adsorption and desorption process of the actual back cavity gas, and better virtually increases the volume of the resonance space of the back cavity of the loudspeaker, so that the resonancefrequency of the low-frequency band of the loudspeaker is reduced. The mesoporous silica microspheres have uniform and adjustable mesoporous material pore diameters and rich and diverse pore channel structures, so that the influence factors of the low-frequency output performance of the loudspeaker can be studied more conveniently by regulating and controlling conditions. Due to the existence of the mesopores, the diffusion of gas in the pore channels is accelerated, the damping of the loudspeaker is reduced, the low-frequency output of the loudspeaker is remarkably improved, and the low-frequency acoustic performance of the loudspeaker is improved.
