Novel wideband microband coupler based on defect place structure

The invention discloses a Broad Band micro-strip coupler based on a defect ground structure. The Broad Band micro-strip coupler comprises a defect ground structure, a microstrip structure signal layer and ports; wherein the defect ground structure comprises a ground layer, an open ring and an interdigital line. The frequencies f0 and f1 of the defect ground structure are determined according to the technical index force factor C, the characteristic impedances Z0 of the terminals, the central frequency fc and the parameter (Epsilon r, h)of the microstrip; f0 is less than fc, and fc is less than f1(as showed in formula I) and the value of f1/f0 is determined according to the requirement of the broad band; the size of the defect ground structure is determined according to f0, f1 and (Epsilon r, h). The width W, the distance and the length p of the coupled microstrip lines are calculated through simulation software and then are optimized to satisfy design requirements. Compared with conventional directional couplers with parallel coupled lines, the Broad Band micro-strip directional coupler added with a defect ground structure which is provided with an open ring and an interdigital line is effectively increased in work bandwidth and the defect ground structure can improve the coupling factor of the coupler.

The invention discloses a broadband capacitive feed miniature microstrip paster antenna. A foam dielectric substrate is arranged between a microstrip dielectric substrate and an earth plate and thus the thicknesses of the dielectric substrates are increased; and an equivalent dielectric constant is reduced and a working band width of the antenna is extended. A metal short-circuit surface is loaded at an edge of one side of a radiation paster to form a standing wave structure from an open circuit to a short circuit; and the length of the antenna at the direction perpendicular to the short-circuit surface is a quarter of a wavelength. Slotting is carried out on the radiation paster and the path of an excitation current of the surface of the antenna paster is bent, thereby increasing the effective length of the antenna paster and thus reducing the resonant frequency and realizing miniaturization of the antenna at the another-dimensional dimension. Coupling and feeding are carried out by using a capacitive paster to realize good impedance matching, thereby reducing equivalent quality factors of the antenna and realizing increasing of the operating bandwidth of the antenna. According to the invention, a defect that the existing microstrip paster antenna can not consider the wide frequency band and miniaturization simultaneously can be overcome. The provided antenna has advantages of wide frequency band, low profile, small dimension, light weight, and easy processing.

Dual-mode reconfigurable filter based on half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and CSR structure

The invention belongs to the technical field of microwaves and millimeter waves and provides a dual-mode reconfigurable filter based on a half-mode substrate integrated waveguide and a CSR structure,mainly to solve the problems that an ordinary tunable filter has large insertion loss and bias voltage of a PIN diode can not be directly added to the substrate integrated waveguide. The invention relates to an antenna, which comprises a reference ground, a first radiation branch and a second radiation branch, wherein the reference ground includes a first grounding point and a second grounding point; the first radiation branch is connected with the reference ground through the first grounding point; the second radiation branch is connected with the reference ground through the second grounding point; a slit is formed between the first radiation branch and the second radiation branch, and the first radiation branch and the second radiation branch are coupled with each other through the slit to form a distributed capacitance for signal coupling; and the connection point between one end of the second radiation branch for signal coupling and an RF feed line services as a feed point, which is located between the first grounding point and the second grounding point. The antenna has the advantages that a coplanar waveguide coupling structure between the resonant branches of the antenna is equivalent to capacitor loading, and the field loaded by the distributed capacitance is mainly centralized in the air, so that power loss caused by internal resistance of the device loaded with a lumped parameter capacitor is obviated, thereby lowering the resonant frequency of the antenna and reducing the antenna size.

Low-band frequency selective surface with minimized cell sizes

The invention provides a low-band frequency selective surface with minimized cell sizes. The low-band frequency selective surface comprises a printed circuit board (PCB). An upper conductive layer is arranged on the front surface of the PCB, and a lower conductive layer is arranged on the back surface of the PCB. The upper conductive layer consists of upper periodical cells which are periodically arranged. The lower conductive layer consists of lower periodical cells which are periodically arranged. The upper and lower periodical cells are provided with vertically aligned conducting strips which are surface-surface coupled to form high distributed capacitance to reduce the resonance frequency of the frequency selective surface. The more than 20*20 upper periodical cells correspond to the lower periodical cells. According to the frequency selective surface, the vertically aligned conducting strips are arranged in the upper and lower conductive layers, and are surface-surface coupled to form the high distributed capacitance, so that the resonance frequency of the frequency selective surface is remarkably reduced. The frequency selective surface is insensitive to the polarization characteristics of electromagnetic waves, and the passband characteristics of different polarized electromagnetic waves (transverse electric (TE) waves and transverse magnetic (TM) waves) are substantially the same.

The invention discloses a vibration energy collector. The collector comprises a piezoelectric cantilever beam and a mass block. The piezoelectric cantilever beam comprises a main beam which is transversely arranged, a plurality of first auxiliary beams which are vertically arranged and a plurality of second auxiliary beams which are vertically arranged. One end of the main beam is a fixed end. The other end of the main beam is a free end. The mass block is fixed to the free end of the main beam. The plurality of first auxiliary beams are arranged with intervals and are fixed to one side of the main beam. The plurality of second auxiliary beams are arranged with intervals and are fixed to the other side of the main beam. By using the vibration energy collector, the main beam of the piezoelectric cantilever beam is provided with the plurality of first auxiliary beams and the plurality of second auxiliary beams; each auxiliary beam possesses a respective resonant frequency and resonant frequency points of the vibration energy collector are increased; and when each auxiliary beam generates vibration, voltage attenuation of two sides of each resonant frequency point is slow so that a bandwidth is increased. Simultaneously, through the auxiliary beams, an electricity production area is correspondingly increased, output electric energy is improved and a problem that a frequency point energy density is low is solved.
