By applying the embodiments of the invention, maintenance workers can accurately know the position and severity of potential safety hazards, take remedial measures in time, ensure continuous operation of a wharf and reduce the employment number of the maintenance workers, so that the maintenance efficiency is remarkably improved, and the costs and labor force are saved.
