Abstract

The invention provides a low-temperature waste gas treatment and recovery system and method. The system comprises a generation section which is connected to a heating coil pipe, wherein the heating coil pipe is connected to a low-temperature heat pump auxiliary radiator; and a purification section which is connected to a combined condenser, wherein the combined condenser is connected to the low-temperature heat pump secondary refrigerant circulating pipeline pump; steam generated by the generation section serves as an inlet of gas of the purification section, and high-purity gas purified by the purification section enters the condensation section to be condensed and then enters the liquid storage tank. The secondary refrigerant can be used as a refrigeration medium to realize condensationand liquefaction of industrial waste gas under a low temperature condition; the system operates under negative pressure and is suitable for toxic and high-concentration industrial waste gas which is not easy to combust and adsorb, greatly reduces the energy consumption of conventional waste gas treatment by driving energy input through the low-temperature heat pump, realizes recovery of productionraw materials after waste gas purification, and saves the production cost and the raw material consumption.
