Then, build and train the first-stage generative adversarial convolutional neural network to perform rough repair on the damaged silk pattern image. Then, taking advantage of the periodic recurrence of the pattern units in the silk pattern image, in the feature space, the context fusion is realized through confidence value calculation, matching search, and weighted summation. Finally, build and train the second-stage generative adversarial convolutional neural network, and use the context-fused feature map as input to accurately repair the defect area.
