According to the invention, the composite drug carried system with multiple temperature responsiveness is prepared through a double-needle electrostatic spinning technology and serves as a drug delivery system for treatment of the focus of a human body. The system is composed of two components with different temperature stimulus responsiveness; drugs needing to be compositely used can be loaded in the two components of the system according to the purpose of treatment; the drugs in the different components are adjusted by changing thetemperature of the system to be differentially controlled and released; and the system can be suitable for scenes needing a plurality of drug use requirements and can achieve a better treatment effecton the focus of the human body. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a two-component composite drug carried system carrying curcumin and ketoconazole. The two-component composite drug carried system is used as a wound dressing for repairing fungal infection, promotes wound healing and is applicable to popularization and application.
