On one hand, the invention provides the application of the pharmaceutical composition in preparation of the medicine for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from 1-15 parts of radix notoginseng, 3-20 parts of rhizoma chuanxiong, 2-15 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 3-20 partsof radix paeoniae alba, 4-25 parts of radix clematidis, 3-20 parts of radix puerariae and 4-25 parts of rhizoma seu radix notopterygii. On the other hand, the invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. The pharmaceutical composition is prepared from 15-45 parts of radix notoginseng, 8-30 parts of rhizoma chuanxiong, 2-7 parts of rhizoma corydalis, 3-7 parts of radix paeoniae alba, 5-11 parts of radix clematidis, 5-9 parts of radix puerariae and 4-25 parts of rhizoma seu radix notopterygii.
