Compared with the prior art, the curcumin has the advantages that the curcumin is systematically illuminated for the first time to improve the mitochondrial function and inhibit oxidative stress and apoptosis to prevent and treat the drug-induced deafness by regulating cAMP / PKA / CREB pathways; the cell membrane derived vesicles modified by the IETP2 polypeptide are used as a targeted delivery system of curcumin, and accumulation of drugs in cochlea is remarkably improved; an animal model verifies that the delivery system has a stronger hearing protection effect and better biological safety compared with free curcumin.

This injectable hydrogel for inhibiting osteosarcoma growth combines the antitumor properties of curcumin nanoparticles, the osteogenic ability and good mechanical strength of nano-hydroxyapatite, and the porous structure and injectability of methacryloxychitosan. This injectable hydrogel for inhibiting osteosarcoma growth exhibits a significant killing effect on osteosarcoma cells and simultaneously promotes the proliferation of mouse embryonic pre-osteoblasts. Through its synergistic antitumor and osteogenic dual functions, this hydrogel shows promising application prospects in postoperative treatment of osteosarcoma.
