Abstract

The invention provides environment-friendly synthetic refrigerating machine oil. The environment-friendly synthetic refrigerating machine oil is composed of polyol ester and additives, wherein the additives comprise an antioxidant, a pour point depressant, an acid catching agent, an extreme-pressure anti-wear agent, a cleaning dispersant, a defoaming agent and a metal deactivator. The invention further provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly synthetic refrigerating machine oil. Base oil of the environment-friendly synthetic refrigerating machine oil is one or more polyol esters synthesized by an esterification reaction of polyol monoester and fatty acid; then the one or more polyol esters synthesized by the esterification reaction are subjected to mixing and intersolubility blending so as to obtain the base oil; and a plurality of the additives are added into the blended base oil, and mixing and stirring are conducted to obtain the environment-friendly synthetic refrigerating machine oil. The synthesized refrigerator oil has good compatibility with various additives, and can be widely applied to refrigerators taking ammonia series, chlorofluorocarbon, hydrochlorofluorocarbon or isobutane as refrigerants. The synthetic refrigerating machine oil also has good chemical stability, lubricity, thermal stability and oxidation stability.
