Ointment for external application is prepared from the following traditional Chinese medicines: herba scutellariae barbatae, herba patriniae, cyrtomium rhizome, edible tulip, radix rumicis japonici, brucea javanica, fructus polygoni orientalis, common camptotheca fruits, rhizoma curcumae, rhizoma sparganii, Chinese angelica, common dysosmatis rhizome and root, calamine, gallnut, semen coicis, rhizoma alismatis and the like; and if the ointment is externally applied to the cervix, induction of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia etiology and lesion development can be blocked, and atypical hyperplasia is promoted to be converted to normal tissues.
