According to the present invention, the naturalplant source surfactant and the biological fermentation surfactant are compounded, such that the mildness source nature of the product is substantially improved, the makeup removing efficiency is improved, and the defects of the existing makeup removing product containing ethylene oxide (EO) can be effectively improved.
