According to the process, under the condition that existing submerged-arc welding pipe production equipment is not transformed, the submerged-arc welding process for the acid-resistant pipe made of an X65MS material or below steel stages is designed, and the acid-resistant steel pipe made of the X65MS material or below steel stages is welded through the existing equipment and welding materials.
