Abstract

The invention particularly discloses a method for evaluating beef quality characters based on intestinal flora. The method comprises the following steps: (S1), collecting and storing excrement; (S2),carrying out PCR amplification: designing primers according to a conventional biological method, carrying out PCR amplification by utilizing universal primers 338F and 806R of a V3-V4 region of 16SrRNA, and adopting a standard Illumina TruSeq DNA library to prepare a computer library required for constructing an experimental process; (S3), analyzing an intestinal flora diversity spectrum; and (S4), implementing a correlation analysis method. The method is based on a second-generation high-throughput sequencing technology; the species composition and abundance of intestinal flora are calculatedby utilizing a 16S rRNA hyper-variable region in an excrement sample; correlation analysis is performed on the intestinal flora and beef quality related characters; a biomarker related to the beef quality characters is screened out through correlation between the intestinal flora and the beef quality related characters is proposed; and the beef quality characters are judged accordingly.
