Problems solved by technology

Although TRC and ECC have good adhesion to the wall matrix, they inevitably increase the self-weight of the wall to a certain extent.
At the same time, due to the high price of fiber composite materials, it also limits the promotion and application of the above reinforcement technologies in rural buildings in my country.

Embodiment Construction

[0031] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0032] Such as image 3 As shown, the present embodiment provides a method for strengthening the seismic performance of masonry walls, including the following steps:

[0033] Step 1, prepare equal volumes of component A and component B; the component A used is the solution of the isocyanate component, and the component B is the solution of the hydroxyl compound component or the amino compound component

[0034] Step 2: Pre-treat the surface of the masonry wal...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reinforcing method for improving anti-seismic property of a masonry wall, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that a component A and a component B with the same volume are prepared; the surface of the masonry wall is pretreated, and loose materials on the surface are removed; dust treatment is conducted on the surface of the masonry wall; and the component A and the component B are mixed and sprayed, so that the mixed material formed by mixing the component A and the component B is uniformlysprayed on the surface of the masonry wall to reach a certain thickness. A polyurethane or polyurea elastomer is formed by mixing and reacting the component A and the component B according to the volume ratio of 1: 1, the component A is an isocyanate component solution, and the component B is a hydroxyl compound component solution or an amino compound component solution. Spraying operation can beconducted through a pneumatic spray gun, and after spraying is completed, surface drying of the polyurethane or polyurea elastomer can be achieved within several minutes, complete curing is achievedafter 24 hours, and the phenomenon sagging is not caused.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a reinforcement method for improving the seismic performance of masonry walls. Background technique [0002] Masonry structures are mainly made of blocks and mortar. This type of structure generally has good compressive properties, but its tensile, shear, and bending properties are obviously insufficient. Masonry walls lack the necessary ductility and strength, making them vulnerable to damage and even collapse under earthquake action. In the village and town buildings in our country, masonry structure houses are the most widely used structural form, accounting for more than 60%. At the same time, because a large number of village and town buildings were not designed and constructed in accordance with the corresponding design specifications, or were in disrepair, or were rebuilt and expanded, such houses could not meet the earthquake resistance requirements and urg...
