Abstract

The invention discloses a laboratory analog simulation device for simulating an underground coal bed gasification process, and relates to the technical field of underground coal bed gasification research. The simulation device comprises a base, a gasification wastewater treatment device and an experiment table, wherein a plurality of simulated layers are sequentially laid in an experiment box bodyfrom bottom to top; a separation test assembly is arranged between every two adjacent simulated layers; the simulated layer at the lowermost end is a simulated coal bed; a roadway simulation conduitassembly is used for being laid in the simulated coal bed; a gas inlet conduit and a gas outlet conduit are arranged on the two sides in the experiment box body respectively; the lower end of the gasoutlet conduit is connected with the roadway simulation conduit assembly; the upper end of the gas outlet conduit extends out of the top of the experiment box body and is connected with a gas component analysis device; and an oxidation zone monitoring assembly and a reduction zone monitoring assembly are both arranged in the simulated coal bed. The simulation device can simulate underground coal to realize a complete underground mining process and ground extracted gas component analysis, and an experimental platform is provided for laboratory scale research before underground gasification technology implementation.
