The eye care solution comprises: procyanidines hydrolyzed from grape seeds, borneol, menthol, carboxymethyl thickener, glycerin and water, and weight composition of each component is as follows: 100-300 parts of procyanidines hydrolyzed from grape seeds, 1-30 parts of borneol, 1-30 parts of menthol, 2-50 parts of a thickener, 300-1500 parts of glycerin and0-50 parts of a preservative. Wherein the thickener is sodium carboxymethyl starch or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. In the eye care solution, procyanidines hydrolyzed from grape seeds have pharmacological effects of scavenging free radicals, anti-oxidation and improving blood microcirculation; borneol and menthol can enhance cold feeling of the eye care solution and relieve eye fatigue; and procyanidines hydrolyzed from grape seeds, sodium carboxymethyl starch and glycerin can moisten the skin and have a moisturizing effect.
