A heat medium outlet of the heat exchanger is communicated and connected with the inlets of the circulating pumps through a pipeline. The phase change type energy storage heat exchange device utilizes solar energy to heat crude oil through optical heat, the flowing property of the crude oil prone to solidification is improved, the viscosity of the crude oil prone to solidification is lowered, and then the crude oil prone to solidification is easy to convey; and meanwhile, redundant heat energy is stored through the energy storage tank, and the stored heat energy can be conveniently used under the condition of insufficient illumination.
