Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a novel sub-mesoporous zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing the sub-mesoporous zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent from natural stilbite mineral powder through structural stabilization modification; and 2, partially replacing calcium ions in the mineral powder obtained by mechanically crushing the natural stilbite through multiple times of cation exchange of a salt or dilute mineral acid aqueous solution, and heating to 350-600 DEG C for 1-2 hours to prepare the sub-mesoporous zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent. In the step 1, the natural stilbite is subjected to structure stabilization modification, so that the natural stilbite has relatively high methane adsorption capacityand nitrogen adsorption selectivity which are rarely possessed by zeolite molecular sieves with other structure types, and the natural stilbite is subjected to adsorption separation of small molecular gas or organic matters and removal of toxic and harmful molecules; the method has important industrial application prospects in the fields of chemical engineering and environmental protection such as concentration and enrichment of methane in coalbed methane and oilfield gas.
