At least one quenching operation hole is formed in the top face of the constant-temperature box; a stainless steel mesh screen immersed in the quenching oil is fixedly installed at the position, corresponding to each quenching operation hole, inthe constant-temperature box; a rotating shaft rotating in the vertical direction is installed in the constant-temperature box; a plurality of rotating blades are fixedly arranged in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; a plurality of annular cooling water pipes which are communicated and connected are further arranged on the inner circumferential wall of the constant-temperature box; and each annular cooling water pipe is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. According to the cooling device provided by the invention, heat is rapidly taken away by the flowing quenching oil, local high-temperature quenching oil steam cannot be formed, and the potential safety hazard of ignition and combustion of the quenching oil is eliminated; a quenching workpiece does not need a lifting hook, so that heavy physical labor spent on lifting hook making is avoided; and under the combined action of motor stirring and cooling water, the stable fluctuation of the whole quenching oil is controlled within 25 DEG C, and the influence of the temperature difference of the quenching oil on a heat treatment workpiece is eliminated.
